Nkumu Fed Fed (Sister, Sister), is an international NGO that was conceived in 1982 with goals to support and improve the livelihood of women and children in rural communities in Cameroon.
The organization engages in local, national and international activities to positively impact the lives of vulnerable populations and influence national and international policy reforms. The program and advocacy efforts strive to create change at multiple levels. The organization collaborates with both women and men to build community support and advocate for policies that would positively impact underserved populations.
Nkumu Fed Fed achieves its mission with a team of volunteers located throughout the world. Nkumu Fed Fed branches are in the following countries:

To facilitate individual growth and social change, the organization seeks to:
- Provide access to quality education
- Improve health care facilities and conditions in rural communities
- Serve as advocates for children and vulnerable populations
- Empower women to become change agents for themselves, their families and their communities.
